Dan is a licensed roofer who inspects every roof himself and tells you honestly whether it needs a repair, a restoration or nothing yet. Every restoration comes with a 10-year workmanship guarantee.

Claremont Meadows was mostly built in the late 1980s and 1990s, so many homes here have concrete tile roofs that are now 30 or more years old. At that age the surface coating has usually worn off the tiles, the pointing on the ridge capping has started to crack, and moss and lichen have taken hold on the shaded side of the roof.
Western Sydney summers are hard on roofs. Long stretches of high heat and strong sun break down old coatings faster, and summer storms bring heavy rain and sometimes hail, which finds any cracked tile or blocked valley. Leaks often show up first as a stain on a ceiling after a storm.
Claremont Meadows is close to our base in Penrith, so it’s an easy trip for Dan to come out and inspect your roof. He’ll explain what he finds and tell you honestly whether it needs a restoration, a few repairs or can be left for now. Recent jobs include two roof restorations here in Claremont Meadows and a metal roof restoration in nearby Cambridge Park.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from the Roof Ranger team to re-roof our house. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the team always turned up when they said they would—which was invaluable for us as a busy family. They worked efficiently, kept disruption to a minimum, and were always courteous, professional, and left everything clean and tidy. The finished roof looks fantastic, and we’ve already had compliments from neighbours. On top of that, their pricing was fair and transparent. We’d happily recommend Dan and the team to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality roofers!Posted on Google![]()

Dan's team executed a roof restoration on our 45 year old home in Yarramundi (clean, gutter clean, repairs, whirly-birds, tile replacements in some areas and paint). Dan also coordinated another small business to remove and place our rust gutters/down-pipes on at the same time. It was a 2 day job, completed to a very high standard. We had super clear and friendly communication through out the job. We are very happy and looking forward to our very new and not-leaky roof.Posted on Google![]()

Dan and Harry did a roof restoration on my home. They did a fantastic job. My roof (which is over 40 years old) looks brand new! Dan was great to deal with from start to finish, including nice touches like knocking on my neighbours doors to assure them he would clean up any debris that fell onto their property. I highly recommend Roof Ranger for your roof restoration.Posted on Google![]()

We honestly could not recommend this roofing company highly enough. From the very beginning, they were professional, reliable, and incredibly easy to deal with. Their pricing was fair and transparent, and the quality of their workmanship was outstanding. They repaired our roof efficiently and gave us complete confidence in the work they carried out. Then, when another issue appeared a couple of months later, they came back promptly and fixed it without any hassle at all. Since then, our roof has been perfect with absolutely no further problems. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers and stands by their work, but this team absolutely does. If you’re looking for honest, skilled, and dependable roofers, I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
If your roof only has a few cracked tiles, some loose capping or a leak after a storm, a repair may be all it needs. We find the cause of the problem and fix it properly rather than patching over it.
Most standard repairs to tiles and capping take between a couple of hours and a day.

When your concrete tiles have faded and the capping is cracking in several places, a restoration brings the whole roof back into good condition. For a lot of Claremont Meadows homes, this is the right next step.
We restore all three main roof types:
Every restoration includes cleaning, replacing broken tiles, redoing all the ridge caps and three coats of paint, one primer and two colour coats.
When a roof has reached the end of its life, replacing it is better value than repairing it again and again. We replace tile roofs with new tiles or with Colorbond, and we’ll tell you honestly if restoration is still an option.
Reroofing is priced at $120 to $130 per square metre, whether you are going tile to tile or tile to Colorbond.

A new coating can refresh a faded roof and lift the look of your home, as long as the surface underneath is sound. Roof cleaning, gutter cleaning and whirlybirds help keep your roof in good condition between bigger jobs.
Before any paint goes on, we clean your roof and repair any damage, so the coating has a solid surface to bond to.

Based in Penrith, Roof Ranger works across Western Sydney, the Hills District, the Blue Mountains, Hawkesbury and Macarthur, including Claremont Meadows and the suburbs around it.
Claremont Meadows sits between Penrith and St Marys, just off the Great Western Highway, and we also work in all the suburbs around it.

Book a free roof inspection and quote, and Dan will explain what he finds in plain language before any work is booked.
Roof restoration is priced at $20 to $28 per square metre. For a single-storey home that is usually $4,500 to $6,500, and for a double storey $7,000 to $8,000. Smaller repairs, such as replacing broken tiles and redoing some capping, generally cost $1,000 to $2,000. Every quote is free and comes after we’ve inspected your roof.
Age alone doesn’t decide it. If the tiles are sound and only the capping or a few tiles need attention, a repair may be enough. If the tiles have lost their coating, moss is spreading and the capping is failing in several places, a restoration is better value than repeated repairs. Dan will inspect your roof and tell you which it needs.
Common causes are cracked tiles, worn ridge capping, blocked valleys and gutters, and damaged flashing around skylights, vents and solar panel fixings. Summer storms are when most leaks show up, because heavy rain finds any weak point in the roof.
Roof Ranger replaces roofs as well as restoring them. If your roof is past restoring, we can re-roof in new tiles or switch to Colorbond. Re-roofing is priced at $120 to $130 per square metre and typically takes three to four days on site.
A full roof restoration typically takes about two days, depending on the size of the roof and the weather. Standard repairs to tiles and capping usually take between a couple of hours and a day.
Painting suits a roof that is sound but faded. If there are cracked tiles, worn capping or leaks, a restoration fixes those first and then applies a primer and two colour coats, so the finish has a sound roof underneath it.
Roof Ranger repairs and restores Colorbond and other metal roofs, including replacing loose screws, resealing joins, treating rust and replacing damaged sheets. If the roof is past restoring, we can replace it as well.
Roof Ranger holds NSW contractor licence 244547C and carries the required insurances for roofing work. Every roof restoration is also backed by a 10-year workmanship guarantee.
